About the Game

Nowhere Fast is an upcoming visual novel featuring a wide cast of characters, full illustrations, branching paths, and multiple endings. It's an adult supernatural romance with blood, sex, violence, and queer furries set against the backdrop of one huge roadtrip.

Angel hates what she is, or at least, what she is sure to become. A recently turned vampire, she needs to either find a way to live with her bloodthirst or a way to overcome it. In the meantime, she's traveling with the brash and bratty Leota, and doing her best to keep her bloody desires hidden. But keeping her vampirism a secret fills Angel with guilt -- and is also easier said than done.

When they pick up a hitchhiker, Angel struggles not only to keep the peace between Leota and the newcomer, but also to keep her hunger at bay.

And though she doesn't know it yet, there's more to worry about than her own hunger. Sabine and Anton are a pair of vampire hunters. Fresh off of their first failed hunt, the brother and sister pair are desperate to get it right this time -- and with Sabine's ex-girlfriend in her company, there seems to be no better target than Angel.

The road ahead surely contains many obstacles and secrets, must-see sights and destinations, creatures of the night, and maybe -- a cure for Angel's condition.

Development on the visual novel began in 2022 with the pilot, Nowhere Fast: On the Horizon, releasing in late 2023. The current release date for the full game is estimated to be 2026, with a demo expected sometime in 2024.
